Thermal and Lighting improvements in commercial buildings. On behalf of our client and following an EPC survey, we have approached Severn Wye Energy Agency in order to get and advice and access EU funding for commercial buildings improvements. Our successful application enabled us to improve roof and walls insulations, install of all-new LED commercial lights in 3 separate units. We have also modelled for Air Source Heat Pumps and suggested water harvesting system, however, at the time the site owner decided not to proceed with those additional measures.

• We have removed and disposed of asbestos corrugated roof

• Externally the unit has been reroofed and recladded 

• A new rainwater system and drainage 

• Telephone and CCTV cameras cables placed in channels  

• Side door and porch removed and cladded

• Internally the unit has been rewired, new LED lighting fitted and replumbed 

• Ceiling partially refitted and thermally insulated and all painted

• Walls and floors prepared for 2 coats of paint
